How does Patherle learn my business?
Upload PDFs or CSVs, connect Google Sheets, or use Enterprise website crawl when your site is the cleanest source. The AI chunks your content, maps it to your industry's data structure, and builds a searchable multilingual vector knowledge base. You can review and clean the data in an editable table before connecting live channels.
How long does setup take?
Most teams can start testing in one setup session once their beta access opens. Create a workspace, pick your industry sector, upload docs or use Enterprise website crawl, review the parsed data in an editable table, then connect your WhatsApp number when you are ready to go live. No code required.
Can I try before paying?
During private beta, self-serve signup and checkout aren't open yet — you join the waitlist (no payment) and we set up your workspace when your spot opens. At launch there's a free tier — 50 messages, no card — so you can upload docs, test in the Bot Sandbox, and connect a channel before you pay.

What file formats can I upload?
PDF and CSV uploads are supported. CSV files flow through sector-specific column mapping that helps normalize your data (restaurant menu, retail catalog, clinic test list, etc.). PDFs are chunked and embedded for free-form content. You can also connect a live Google Sheet for auto-sync, and Enterprise adds website crawl when your site is the cleanest source.
How does data cleanup work?
After upload, your data lands in an editable table mapped to your industry's standard columns. The system flags inconsistencies (price formats, duplicate SKUs, missing fields) and suggests fixes. You review everything, add custom fields if needed, and approve before encoding. Nothing reaches the AI knowledge base unreviewed.
Can I add custom data fields for my industry?
Yes. Every sector has standard columns (SKU / price / stock for retail; test name / department / turnaround for clinics; menu item / veg-nonveg / prep time for restaurants). You can add custom fields that map to your own data structure or ERP schema. The bot learns from all of it - standard columns and custom fields alike.

Can I use WhatsApp, Telegram, and Instagram together?
Starter runs WhatsApp + Web Chat. Growth and Enterprise add Telegram and Instagram DM, so all 4 channels run simultaneously - one knowledge base, every channel. Telegram and Instagram DM are gated to Growth+; WhatsApp and Web Chat are on every tier, including the free tier.
Is voice live yet?
Not yet — voice agents are in private preview and launch as a separate add-on. At launch they'll answer calls in English and 10 Indian languages, grounded in the same approved knowledge as your chatbots, and meter independently from your Starter or Growth plan. Two voice options are planned: Signal (English-first reception and lead qualification) and Kathā (English + 10 Indian languages for premium customer flows); enterprise plans add custom voice routing and signed-order terms. You can preview the planned rate card today, but you can't buy or switch voice on yet. Join the voice waitlist to be first in when it opens.
What AI models does Patherle use?
A provider-routed model stack, configured per feature and deployment. Text answers are generated by language-matched AI engines — one tuned for English, one for Indic languages — grounded by retrieval from your uploaded and approved knowledge base. Voice transcription runs before retrieval, with speech output on supported deployments. Patherle records provider usage for cost and reliability reporting, so routing stays automatic for the customer while operators keep visibility.
How do I connect my WhatsApp Business account?
You own your WhatsApp Business account - we guide the setup in 5 steps (≈ 60 minutes total):

1. Create your Meta Business Account (we send the link + a walkthrough).
2. Inside Meta Business Suite, create a WhatsApp Business App and add the phone number you want customers to message.
3. Paste two values - Phone Number ID and Access Token - into Patherle's Integrations page. That's the only data entry on our side.
4. Meta verifies our webhook in one click. The Status page turns green automatically.
5. Send your first test message from the Bot Sandbox and you're live.

You get a guided tutorial, a 15-minute setup call with a CSM, and a live Meta Status dashboard in your Patherle workspace that tracks every step, your monthly quota, and delivery metrics. Instagram DM uses the same Meta account - set up once, both channels light up.
What does Patherle charge vs what Meta charges?
Two clean lines on your invoice every month:

Patherle subscription - your chosen plan (Starter / Growth / Enterprise) at the fixed rate you picked. No usage-based billing from us on the subscription itself.

Meta messaging (passthrough + small service markup) - Meta bills per conversation based on country and category (service, utility, marketing). We pay Meta, add a small service markup for handling and reconciliation, and pass it through to you - itemized on the invoice so you always see what's Patherle versus what's Meta. Your CSM walks you through the first month's invoice on a call so there are no surprises.

What is Patherle Intelligence?
Patherle Intelligence is Patherle's intelligence layer on top of approved-knowledge retrieval. It combines knowledge-grounded generation, retrieval context, conversation telemetry, and dashboard signals to help the bot answer better and help your team see what needs attention next.
How does AI Assist help marketing and sales?
Growth and Enterprise workflows can use AI Assist to draft vernacular campaign steps, generate AI Sniper Ping messages from lead data, score leads, suggest next-best actions, route hot conversations to CRM or booking follow-up, and pause sequences when replies show negative or completed intent.
How does AI Assist help alerts, support, and organization management?
The operating layer watches bot quality, service logs, provider health, webhooks, voice, and LLM routing. Is my data secure?
Patherle uses tenant-scoped API access, database policy layers where applicable, encrypted provider secrets, JWT auth on protected routes, webhook signature checks, prompt-safety checks, output sanitization, abuse detection, and retention controls for query data. No SaaS platform can promise zero risk, so high-stakes workflows should use HITL review and tight workspace permissions.
Which ERPs does Patherle integrate with?

Enterprise tier: adds SAP Business One, Oracle NetSuite, and regional ERPs (Busy, Marg, myBillBook).
